Connecting with the Divine

Connecting with the Divine

In this vast and wonderful universe there are an endless array of tools and techniques of which to become aware.  Upon
discovering that there is ‘more than meets the eye’ we begin to build our knowledge about, and honing our skill in using
the tools of the universe.  These are often called the Universal Laws.  Scientists have discovered many of these Laws,
such as gravity, the speed of light, the rhythms and patterns of the planets and moons, etc.  One such law being
popularized right now is what we call ‘the law of attraction’- that upon which we  focus is created.  Other laws known for
ages by the sages,  are still being scientifically proven.  As individuals, our lives change forever when we discover that
everything, both great and small, is connected by virtue of the fact that every THING is simply energy.  All energy is
connected.  This is what allows us to communicate across time and space with healing energy; communication from
mind to mind, and so on.

Because there is so much to learn about the universe we live in, we can spend a lifetime exploring, learning, and making
use of this amazing information.  Our lives are generally improved and enhanced when we study and practice being in
harmony with the Universal Laws.

What can sometimes happen, however, is that we come to believe that the discovery, study, and practice of the Universal
Laws are the means by which we reach ultimate enlightenment.  While we do have some pretty amazing experiences
once we discover that we are not divided by time and space, and in fact, are not divided at all, this is not the same
experience as connecting our soul DIRECTLY with the Divine Source of creation.

Sages and Adepts for centuries have taught and shown us that there is a guaranteed way to make THE connection and
that is through the regular practice of meditation.

The Bible says in 1st Corinthians, Chapter 13, Verse 12:  of living in this body it says: ‘for now we see through a glass,
darkly’; and of making the Divine connection it says:  ‘but then fact to face’.

In ‘The Bhagavad-Gita-As It Is’ Chapter 8, text 8: “he who meditates on Me as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, his
mind constantly engaged in remembering Me, undeviated from the path, he, O Partha, is sure to reach Me.”

In ‘Mans Eternal Quest’ by Paramahansa Yogananda, page 7, he says: “but greater than activity, devotion, or reason, is
meditation.  To meditate truly is to concentrate solely on Spirit.  This is esoteric meditation.  It is the highest form of
activity that man can perform, and it is the most balanced way to find God."

In ‘In the Sanctuary of the Soul’ by Paramahansa Yogananda, page 50, he also says: “Learn to be still in body and mind,
for where motion ceases, there begins the perception of God.”

Meditation:  even this too can be like a maze to uncover the method that will serve the purpose.  Some say there are as
many types of meditation as there are people.  There is Zen, Taoist, Biblical, Transcendental, vipassana, primordial sound,
mindfulness….the list is quite long.  All are wonderful for their purpose.

So, what then do we do to achieve that goal, to merge into that Oneness, to BE that Light and nothing else, to truly KNOW
who we are?

First:  seek after it with all your heart.
Second:  trust that you will be led.
Third:  be willing to do what is required.

To that end we are offering to teach you Meaningful Meditation..  This meditation has one purpose and one purpose only:
to open the channel and keep it open between our soul and the Divine Light.  While there are side benefits to this
meditation, such as being relaxed, opening ourselves to communicating with our Guides and Angels, helping us go
through life in a more calm and balanced manner, the purpose is just this:  to make the Divine connection, to reach the
highest realm while in the body, which in turn opens our eyes to the Truth.

If this were an ad for the latest ‘thing’, we would be promising untold wealth, or perfect health, or finding the perfect love
partner, or doing the work you love, or peace of mind, and so on.  And, we would charge $500 to $2,500, or more,  to teach
you how to try to achieve those things.

But,
THE TRUTH is always free.  There is no earthly price tag.  One does not actually even need a teacher.
However, if you are like the average person, our lives are steeped in ‘the world’, living, surviving, trying to find our way in
this endless maze of life’s offerings.

So, teachers are sent.  We may have many in one lifetime.  If we seek whole-heartedly, trust that we will be led, and are
willing to do what is required, we are shown the way.  It is individual, personal, tied to no group or organization, and it is
free.
