It was around the year 2001 when a group of women gathered for an evening to
share good food and fellowship. That was the magical beginning of what was to be
called "girl's night out". We still sometimes refer to our Gathering as the 'GNO' even
though we are now integrated (women and men). We have been gathering in our
homes every month since 2002.
Our Monthly Spiritual Meeting (GNO) is where we explore any and every esoteric
subject of interest and learn and practice our spiritual and psychic skills. While our
focus is on personal growth and healing, we are a fun-loving, sometimes irreverent
group who loves to laugh.
In the fall of 2007, I was given a personal vision that one day, I and a group of other
Lightworkers, would build a large Center that would serve people in the local
community and the world. The Center would offer holistic healing, alternative health
care information, and a place for the study and exploration of metaphysical and
esoteric subjects. There would also be Retreat facilities for spiritual restoration,
quiet reflection, and educational opportunities.
I have encountered several others who were given a similar mandate. The cosmic
energies surrounding these mandates has changed and many of these centers will
not materialize.
In January, 2008 we began in a small and very personal way by renting a space in
Louisburg, NC and we began to hold workshops and other activities. In October,
2008 I purchased a small home to make more room for activities centered on living in
the Light.
My home is open to anyone who wishes to learn about and experience their
true nature, which is Divine Light.
We encourage an holistic approach to living.
But, what is an Holistic approach to living?
It is finding "wholeness" through acknowledging,
honoring, and healing all your parts: Mind, Body, Emotion, and Spirit.
Personal transformation is the foundation for transformation in the world around us.
Individual wellness, personal growth, and a healthy body, mind, and spirit help us
make the world a better place to live and raise our families.
